You can follow along this patch explained by programing the chord in the Analog Four sequencer, you can make it a one finger chord as well. The 3 notes chord used in the soundcloud example is a C minor chord (C – D# – G) but you can also get a more deep chords with a minor 7th or minor 9th. You should also make sure that in Poly Config: you check 1,2,3 voices

3/ Yes you can really add noise on the attack depending on what type of Stab you want but that’s really a bit option to use or not.

5/ You have to make a good use of the Delay and the Reverb they are both quite important for the Stab Sound.
Filters settings
6/ Envelope amount is quite harsh with a Stab and the most important parameters to modulate with the Stab are Filter Cutoff, Resonance, Env Amount, AMP + FENV parameters Decay and Release
