AMber Patch
This one relies on Amplitude Modulation. To go further into Amplitude Modulation I suggest you get familiar with it by re-programming it on your Analog Four using this step-by-step guide.
Oscillator 1 settings
1/ For this patch and as it’s explained in the Amplitude Modulation explained we set Oscillator1 to PUL (Pulse) and Level: 120

Oscillators options page
2/ We engage Amplitude Modulation to “On” OSC1

Oscillator 2 settings (AM settings)
3/ Now that we setup oscillator1 we setup oscillator2 to PUL (Pulse). Technically by moving those parameters around you should hear the “Amplitude Modulation”. Note that the level is at zero meaning all sets of parameters are used to alter the waveform generated by oscillator1. As I mentioned earlier analyze the Analog Four audio in your DAW through a spectrum to better understand what it does to the waveform (an oscilloscope would be required here).

Filter settings
4/ The filter shape alters Timbre/Tone by using Amplitude Modulation in the frequency domain.

AMP Envelope Settings
5/ The AMP Envelope shapes the sound we are looking for. It’s usually on the AMP Envelope we shape the sound by its nature (Think of sound timing)

Filter Envelope settings
6/ We use a bit of decay:42 and release:65 here, as well as the envelope shape number 2

LFO1 settings
7/ I modulate here two modulation destinations OSC2: Pitch Modulation and the Pulse Width. Try these settings out and explore what you can do with the sound.
